Become Approve Centre

ProQual awarding body provides its credentials through a large number of delivery centers across the world. You must become an accredited center in order to offer ProQual qualifications.

You can follow the detailed steps listed below to become an authorized ProQual Qualifications center if you are a college, university, independent training provider, or other educational institution with the necessary resources, strict procedures, and experience.

Step 1: Download and fill Become Centre Application Form (Including Assessor and IQA Detailed Forms)

Step 2: A member of our team will contact you to provide you with your Centre Approval Application Pack and answer any questions you may have about your application.

Step 3 : Fill out the application for Center Approval and send it in with the necessary paperwork. At this point, the Center Fee is paid. Please Click on Centre fees link for information about fees.

Step 4 : We will review your application and contact you to either: Request additional information to complement your application. This will then be further progressed or arrange an approval visit. We will be looking for evidence to confirm that the centre approval criteria have been met. Where an approval visit is not practical you may be granted approval and pending a physical inspection as soon as the first learner registrations take place. We will aim to confirm the outcome of review of your application within 3 weeks. The outcome may be, approval granted; conditional approval subject to an action plan or approval denied with reasons given.

Step 5: After approval, we will email you our Center Agreement for an authorized representative of your company to sign. We will provide your approved center certificate and official confirmation as soon as we get the signed center agreement.

Approval of Additional Qualifications
You can apply at any time to add further credentials to your offering after being accepted as an ProQual Center. For information on how to accomplish this, kindly get in touch with us. Once your application has been received, we will get in touch with you to schedule a visit or let you know if a desktop approval can be used to move your application along. Additional qualifying approvals may occasionally be denied. Your EQA will, however, collaborate with you to address any problems.
